We've been busy planting trees in our coppice coup We've been busy planting trees in our coppice coups to help with their restoration! Thanks so much to everyone that come out and helped us and to @thetreecouncil and @andel_ltd for the funding. We managed to plant 1900 trees with help from more than 40 volunteers. Now this might be an unpopular opinion but if we could just have a bit of rain (overnight of course) that would really help the little trees to settle in!!

Great to use the material through to the finished product. We've got one more big fence job to get on with and hopefully we'll have some material left over for a hurdle or two.

We had a great time at the National Coppice Federa We had a great time at the National Coppice Federation AGM over in Silverdale. 6 of our members, one volunteer and some family including 3 month old Ada came along for craft demonstrations and workshops, discussions on coppicing businesses and the AGM. Thanks to CANWA for hosting the event.
